All CUTCO products are covered with the Forever Guarantee. If at any time you are not satisfied with the performance of your CUTCO product, we will correct the problem or replace the product with the same item in the current style.

Forever Replacement Service Agreement For Misuse or Abuse

Should you damage your CUTCO through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for one-half of the current retail price plus standard shipping/handling and tax.

If you do not have access to a printer please enclose your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and tell us the service you are requesting.

Packaging

Please be sure to properly clean the product prior to packaging.

To ensure the safety of everyone who handles your shipment, it is important the blades be well protected. Cover the entire blade and tip of the knife with cardboard (cereal box cardboard works well). Avoid using tape directly on the blades and handles.

Place them in a cardboard box with extra packing material to keep them secure during shipping. DO NOT SHIP KNIVES IN PADDED ENVELOPES.

Attach any money due to the Service Request Form.

Shipping / Insurance

Insure your package for its current retail value and save your receipt. CUTCO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Turn Around Time

After your CUTCO is received in Oakville, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the processing and return of your products. You may call Customer service at 1-800-361-8800 for a time estimate.

Refunds (if applicable)

If the value of the product you are returning is greater than that of the new item(s), a refund will be done as follows

Credit Card refunds are applied to the card that was originally charged. Please verify with your Credit Card Company to make sure the credit has been posted to your account.

If your order was paid by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be processed.
