How long before I receive my order?
Allow up to 2-4 weeks for regular delivery. Allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery of engraved orders, including Express orders.

How are Shipping/Handling fees determined
NOTE:
- Allow 2-4 weeks for Regular delivery.
- Express delivery orders placed by 11am EST Mon-Fri will ship same day.
- Allow additional 1-2 weeks for delivery of personalized orders even with Express delivery method.

- Ships Canada Post Expedited.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Express Delivery
- Ships UPS Express or Priority Courier (packages require adult signature upon delivery)
- Express delivery orders placed by 11:00 a.m. ET, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. After 11:00 a.m. weekdays, or on weekends orders ship the next business day.
- UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes - Please provide full street address
- If shipping to a company - Please provide Company name and include all unit and/or suite numbers
- Allow additional 1-2 weeks for delivery of personalized orders
